About WaltzPay
We build the record and control layer businesses put between themselves and the payment providers they use, so what happened to a payment has one clear, checkable answer.
What we are building
One job, done properly
When a business collects a payment through several providers, the hard part is not taking the money. It is knowing, afterwards and with evidence, what actually happened: which provider handled it, whether the outcome was final, whether it was charged twice, and whether the money that arrived matches the money that was supposed to arrive.
That is what WaltzPay is for. It chooses which configured provider a collection goes to, keeps one canonical record of it, applies the controls around it, retains the evidence needed to reconcile it, and reports it.
The licensed payment providers process and settle the funds. WaltzPay never touches them.
Status
Where things stand
WaltzPay Collections is in controlled implementation and pilot preparation. It is not generally available, and it is not open for self-service sign-up.
Regulatory position
What WaltzPay is, legally
WaltzPay is not a licensed payment processor, acquirer, money transmitter or deposit-taking institution. Payments are processed and settled by licensed payment providers under their own authorisations and their own terms. WaltzPay does not hold, safeguard, pool or lend customer or merchant funds, and does not operate customer balances.
Any regulated activity in a payment is performed by the payment provider handling it, under that provider’s own authorisations. WaltzPay makes no claim to any licence, registration or authorisation of its own, and no statement on this site should be read as one.
