Can I sign up and start collecting payments?
WaltzPay Collections is in controlled implementation and pilot preparation. It is not generally available, and it is not open for self-service sign-up.
Does WaltzPay hold my money?
No. WaltzPay does not hold, safeguard, pool or lend customer or merchant funds, and does not operate wallets or customer balances. Funds are processed and settled by the licensed payment provider handling the payment, into the merchant’s own account.
Is WaltzPay a bank or a licensed payment institution?
No. WaltzPay is not a bank, a licensed payment processor, an acquirer, a money transmitter or a deposit-taking institution, and it holds no licence, registration or authorisation of its own. Regulated activity in a payment is performed by the payment provider handling it, under that provider’s own authorisations.
I have an existing matter from before deactivation. Who do I talk to?
Email [email protected] with any reference you have. Existing matters are handled directly rather than through a form.
How do I report a security issue?
Email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not test against anything that would affect a real payment or a real person’s data.
